Snowmobile Accident Drill

On Tuesday January 23, 2007 the Morrisville Fire Department hosted a joint training event simulating an off road snowmobile accident. 4 individuals were "injured" in the accident which was conducted in real time. All patients were extricated from the scene within 40min. The "accident" was about 1 mile off the road in a field with the only access being via snowmobile and rescue sled. Other agency's that participated were, Eaton Fire Department and ambulance, Smithfield Fire Department, and Erieville Fire Department.
